Chocolate Breakfast smoothie - Healthy smoothie recipe

Another chocolate based smoothie. It is very healthy and filling smoothie. You can even sneak in not so fav kids ingredients like avocado, chia seeds into this. It is easy to make and you can make it a night before and keep it in fridge. Perfect on the go breakfast or post work out indulgence or after school drink
Ingredients
Milk - 1 and 1/2 cup ( I have used slim milk)
Chia seeds - 1.5 tablespoon
Frozen Banana - 1
Avocado - 1/2
Un sweetened Cocoa powder - 2 tablespoon
Sugar - 4 teaspoon (optional. I added for my son only)
Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon

Method:

Combine all in the food processor / blender or mixie and grind to smoothie consistency add water if required

Serve immediately or refrigerate it overnight.
