Achari Paneer - Simple paneer recipes - Side dish for rice, roti, naan with Paneer

We love Paneer dishes. Most cases Paneer dishes are simple to make. This dish is made with spices you normally do for pickle / achar. I love this spice combo. Once I tried this in a restaurant and I added it to my to do list. Finally I got chance to make it. Kids love it.
Ingredients:
Tomatoes - 2
Onion - 1
Garlic - 3 pods
Ginger - 1 inch
Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Paneer - 300g (cut them into 1/2 inch cubes)
Oil - 1.5 tablespoon
Yougurt - 1/2 cup

For Masala
Red chillies - 5-7 (Adjust to your spice level)
Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon
Methi seeds - 1/8 teaspoon
Coriander Seeds - 2 teaspoon
Cummin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Fennel seeds - 1/2 teaspoon

Method:
Heat pan and add 1 tablespoon of oil. When it is hot add ginger / garlic and fry till Garlic is in slight brown. Add onion and fry till it is transparent. Now add tomatoes and fry till they are mushy. Switch it off and let it cool

Dry roast the spices under for masala section. Let it cool down. Fry the paneer cube with 1/2 teaspoon of oil
Add the spices and powder it first and add the onion tomatoes and grind to smooth paste. Keep it aside.

Heat the pan and add rest of the oil. Now add the grinded paste fry till oil oozes out. Add yogurt, salt and water. Cook till you nice gravy consistency
