Pearl Onion Pulav - Shallots pulav - Small Onion Pulav - simple one pot meal - Kids friendly rice recipe

This rice calls for lot of garlic and small onion so I was pretty confident that options of going wrong is very little. It is a simple yet very tasty rice. I guess the rich taste is from the Cream I have added. So don't omit it. Of course you can add low fat one
