Banana Date Quinoa Smoothie

This is perfect banana shake. It is right start for the day. It is very filling... If you don't want to add milk you can replace it with buttermilk also. Also add water if you want it to be more thinner. I love it to be creamy creamy. It is good drink after good workout too
Ingredients:
Frozen Banana - 1 (sliced)
Quinoa flakes - 1 tablespoon
Cinnamon powder - 1/4 teaspoon (Optional. I didn't use)
Milk - 1/2 cup ( I have used skim milk)
Greek yogurt - 100g
Medjool / soft dates - 5-7 (adjust to your sweetness)

Method:
In blender add banana, dates, Quinoa, Milk and grind to smooth paste. Add greek yogurt and whip it.  
Pour it  to tall glass and serve chilled
