Corn is something I love from my childhood. Normal grilled or roasted corn is what my mum does. I have tried this when I visited my office few years back in our office canteen. From then onwards this became a regular snack / salad at our home. It is a very low calorie snack. It is so simple to make. I do it with fresh corn. You can do it with frozen one
Cooked Corn - 1 cup (2 corn cobs)
Unsalted Butter - 2 teaspoon or oil - 2 teaspoon
Chilli powder - 1/4 teaspoon (You can add pepper powder instead of chilli powder)
Chat Masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt per taste
Pressure cook the corn with salt and remove the kernels. If you don't have fresh corn use frozen and cook per instruction on the pack.
