I love nuts. I prefer to eat raw nuts than spiced ones. Last year in my office we had health fair. I tried Honey walnut I finished whole pocket within 30 mins. It is so simple to make what a dangerous proposition. My kids love it also. My son who is also big fan of raw nuts also like this honey walnut.
Walnut - 2 cups
Honey - 3 tablespoon
Olive Oil - 1.5 tablespoon
Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - a pinch
Sesame Seeds - 1.5 tablespoon
Method:Heat the kada and dry roast the nuts till nice aroma comes. Use the wooden spoon to stir continuously. Let it cool down.
Mix in rest of the ingredients. In the kada heat the Honey and spices till bubble forms up. Mix in Roasted nut and stir till the walnut is fully coated with honey
Let it cool down and store it in air tight container. If you are planning to keep if for long keep in the fridge
