All Purpose Flour - 11/2 Cup
Sugar - 1 Cup
Cocoa Powder - 1/4 cup
Baking soda-1 teaspoon
Salt per taste
Oil - 1/4 cup
Peanut Butter - 3 tablespoons
Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
vinegar - 1 teaspoon
water- 1 cup
sprinkers - as per need
Pre Heat the oven at 180 degrees
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, whisk together oil, peanut butter, vanilla extract, vinegar, sugar and water till sugar dissolved.
Stir in dry ingredients in 2 batches and mix well. Don't leave any large lunps. You can use electric beater for mixing (don't over beat it)
Pour batter into paper-lined cupcake mold till 3/4 full. Sprinkle the sprinklers as you need.
Bake for 20-22 mins or till a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center of the cup cakes
