Masala Chapathi / Chappathi Uppuma - Chappathi Uppuma

I had left over chappathi from yesterday dinner. Weekend is for something which is not made from bread. So I can do Masala Chappathi (Chappathi uppuma?). I had left over vegetables (few beans,  1 carrot , handful of Cauliflower etc..) May be I should call this all left over mix? LOL

Ingredients:

Chappathi / Chapathi - 5 (cut into 1 inch pieces)
onion - 2 medium sliced
tomato-2 sliced

garlic- 4 crushed
Mixed vegetables - 3/4 Cups (Cooked)
corriander leaves 
garam masala
red chilli powder
salt -to taste
oil- 1tsp

Method:

saute onion and garlic till slightly golden brown, 
Add garam masala and chilli powder , salt and when the raw smell disappears add the tomato..
Cook till the tomatoes are bit Mushy, Add Vegetables and mix well. Cook it for another 2-3 mins
Add chappaties , mix well and remove from flame once it is done (after 3-5 mins)
Add corriander leaves and serve with curd
