Apple Walnut Quinoa

By Now you guys might have figured out Quinoa is one my favorite. With at twice a week with Quinoa even office my colleagues started trying out Quinoa :-). I wanted to try something that is not having much of spice yet taste good. 





Ingredients:


1 Cup Cooked Quinoa
1 Apple Cored and diced
1/2 cup Walnut chopped
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
2 Apple apple cider vinegar
Salt Per Taste


Method:


Mix all the ingredients together
Serve it cold or hot
