Pumpkin Milk Kootu - Prangikai Paal kootu recipe - Red Pumpkin Recipe

I love Pumpkin. It has good nutrition and high fiber content. I came across this recipe in one of the cookery show on TV.. This is very similar to what my MIL used to do but more heathier version. No oil at all.. Usually my mum used to say when there is no oil no taste but this one has taste and more healthier why don't you try and let the dish speak for itself
In Singapore you get different countries Pumpkin I normally buy Australia and use the pumpkin with skin
