Know what you eat:


Fruits can be taken when you are on diet: Dragon Fruit, Papaya, Pineapple, Mango, Kiwi, Orange, Apple, Watermelon, Honeydew, rockmelon, strawberry, blueberry, apricot, lemon, Grapefruit
Whatever you eat follow the serving size based on your recommended calories intake
Eat as whole fruit
Go for Organic only when it worth it. (Look at pesticide content recommendation under glossary of main menu) Pin It Now!
