They have started having Cabbage after this Curry. Now any form of Cabbage also ok with them. This curry also good because it is very high in Protein

1 onion (finely chopped)
2  tomatoes

Salt per taste
Fresh Coriander leaves for garnish

Method:

Take a vessel, boil 2 cups of water.  Add 1 tea spoon salt to it.  Soak the soya chunks for 10 to 15 mins.  Drain water.  Squeeze the chunks, add some more water and drain it again.  This helps to remove the raw smell of soya.
