Tahini Quinoa

Tonight for dinner I did lasagna which is not my favourite so I decide to something diff. Other day I brought new Tahini paste. so wanted to use that to make simple Salad yet full or nutrition like protein, iron and calcium


Ingredients:


Quinoa - 1/2 cup
Tahini (sesame seed) Paste - 3 teaspoon ( I used black Tahini)
Salt as required

Salad Spinach leaves - 1/4 cup
Roasted Peanuts - 1/2 tablespoon


Method:


Cook Quinoa and let it cool down
Head the kada
Add 3 teaspoon of Tahini paste
When it is hot add cooked Quinoa and add salt if required
Fry for 2-3 mins add Salad Spinach leaves and roasted peanuts. Fry for 2-3 more mins
